| US firm buys Dublin's Hosting 365 |

US software and IT services company Sungard has bought Dublin-based data centre services firm Hosting 365.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Hosting 365 operates from two secure data centres in the Dublin area and is also involved in cloud computing, a way of delivering IT services over the internet.
Keith Tilley, managing director UK and executive vice president Europe for SunGard Availability Services, said Hosting 365 had built 'a superb business' since its formation.
